Office layout reconstruction project in response to post-COVID changes in work organization. The key assumption was transforming large open spaces into dedicated areas for individual project teams. Work comfort was improved by reducing the number of people in bench-type workstation groups. Team rooms were designed with flexibility in mind – the ability to combine spaces by removing walls without costly renovation allows for free adaptation to the investor's changing needs. Modern styling in warm shades of beige, orange, and terracotta creates a welcoming atmosphere. The extensive collaboration zone includes creative work rooms, conference rooms, and talk rooms for various group sizes, supporting diverse forms of team collaboration.
