Our collaboration process is divided into 5 clear stages: STAGE I – Design Brief: We meet in person or online to learn about your goals and expectations, functional and budget assumptions, and preferred style. Based on the meeting, we prepare a summary and create a list of additional questions. Together we establish project guidelines. STAGE II – Analysis and Functional Layout: We get to know the space and its possibilities through inventory and analysis of the building's fit-out. We compare your needs with the possibilities offered by the space and prepare variants of functional layouts. Then we discuss the strengths and weaknesses of individual solutions, introduce corrections, and wait for layout approval. After accepting the functional layout, we move on to presenting the concept – we present variants of functional layouts, discuss spatial compromises, additional possibilities, and present a moodboard (ideas, colors collected on boards). STAGE III – Conceptual Design: We build a 3D model of the designed space based on the selected functional layout, create photorealistic visualizations of selected interiors, and compile the main furnishing elements and final color scheme. At this stage, the concept and individual elements are accepted: colors, details, lighting, movable equipment, custom-designed elements, and any changes are discussed. After accepting the concept, we move to stage IV. STAGE IV – Executive Design: We prepare extensive documentation containing project details and our proposed solutions: Project description, Equipment list, Visualizations, Executive drawings (functional layout, construction changes, installation guidelines, guidelines for floors, ceilings, wall finishes and fixed interior elements, wall views, custom furniture). STAGE V – Works Supervision and Implementation: During construction, we visit the site and make sure everything is being implemented according to plan. After completion, we organize a photo session.
The project implementation time depends on scale, complexity, and number of corrections introduced – each project is individual. Approximately: • Residential projects up to 80 m²: from 10 weeks • Larger apartments or houses: from 12 weeks • Office projects: from 10-12 weeks (depending on size and complexity) The exact schedule is determined after familiarizing ourselves with the scope of work and project specifics.
We carry out residential projects mainly in Wrocław, the Kalisz region and surrounding areas – this allows us close contact with the client and regular construction site visits. We conduct office projects throughout Poland. We have experience in projects in Poznań, Szczecin, Warsaw, Kraków, and Katowice.
We specialize in comprehensive project implementation – from brief to author supervision. To ensure project feasibility and avoid construction problems, complete technical documentation is necessary, which includes material selection and detail drawings. This way we prevent unnecessary changes resulting from imprecise assumptions and ensure that the project will be implemented according to the concept.
The executive project is an extensive documentation package that enables precise implementation. It contains: • Project description • Equipment list • Photorealistic 3D visualizations • Executive drawings: Functional layout, Construction changes, Installation guidelines (electrical, water, ventilation), Guidelines for floors, ceilings, wall finishes and fixed elements, Wall views, Custom furniture designs
Yes, at the conceptual design stage we prepare a detailed list of main furnishing elements along with the final color scheme. In the executive project, you receive a complete equipment list.
Yes, author supervision is the fifth stage of our collaboration. During implementation, we visit the construction site and make sure everything is being executed according to the project. After completion, we organize a professional photo session. Thanks to author supervision, the project is faithfully implemented, and you have certainty that the result will meet expectations.
To prepare a quote tailored to your project, we need: • Property floor plan with list of rooms and their area • Information about which rooms should be included in the quote • Property condition (before construction / under construction, developer condition / secondary market) • Investment location • Brief description of changes Thanks to an individual approach to each project, we understand the real needs and expectations of the Investor, transforming them into functional and aesthetic interiors.
At the design brief stage, we establish a framework investment budget. We create the project with its financial feasibility in mind – we select solutions that fit within the assumed framework. This way we avoid unpleasant surprises at the implementation stage.
Our priority is functionality – we believe in the "function in form" philosophy. Each project begins with an in-depth analysis of space users' needs. Aesthetically, we have our own recognizable style – we focus on atmosphere, harmony in interiors. We don't design in every interior style – we emphasize timelessness, quality, and attention to detail.

Yes. We offer a paid briefing consultation during which we analyze the potential of your space. To prepare substantive answers and present the possibilities of the interior, we need to receive materials (floor plans, photos, description of expectations) in advance and analyze them. This requires time and preparation on our part, which is why we charge a fee for the consultation. The cost of the meeting is deducted from the final project amount after starting the collaboration.
