Final Frame is an interior design studio working since 2020. We design commercial spaces — offices above all — as well as private interiors. We combine function with aesthetics, because we believe a well-designed environment genuinely improves the quality of work and everyday life.
Our work begins with a conversation
Every project opens with an in-depth interview with the client. We ask about ways of working, the rhythm of the day, the team’s habits, expectations of the space, and what is missing from the current arrangement. We then gradually order and prioritise those needs, showing along the way the current approaches to arranging space for work. We share concrete solutions: from the logic of meeting rooms and collaboration zones, through ways of using shared spaces for different purposes, to the tools that genuinely affect a team’s comfort. This lets the client make decisions knowingly, with a full picture of what is possible.

In commercial projects our first concern is how the office needs to function. We work from an analysis of functions and movement, looking for solutions that support focused work and collaboration alike.

Meeting rooms and spaces for collaboration
from small focus rooms, through brainstorming spaces, to multifunctional meeting boxes.
Open space with respect for comfort
arranging teams into smaller, deliberately separated groups to reduce noise and communication chaos.
Defining and ordering zones
using planting, acoustic panels and small architectural elements that create a sense of belonging to the place.
Multifunctional shared spaces
we programme the kitchen, kitchenette, lounge and terrace so that the same space can serve everyday coffee breaks, company-wide meetings, client presentations and small internal events.

quiet corners, silence rooms and soft lounge zones.

selecting ergonomic furnishings, a consistent visual identity for the desk, and care for detail.

Company branding within the office
we build the colour scheme, materials, finishing details and visual communication in line with the client's brand identity, so the office reinforces the company image and becomes part of its visual communication.

On every topic we educate the client, showing the available solutions along with their advantages and drawbacks, so the choice can be an informed one. The result is an office matched to their organisation.
We design homes that reflect the rhythm of the people living in them
In private projects we begin by exploring the preferences and lifestyle of the household. We ask about habits, rituals, favourite aesthetics and colours. Functionality comes first: we analyse movement, the scenarios of a day, and the relationships between zones. Then we dress it in aesthetic solutions matched to the space, its proportions and its light.
If a client does not yet have a defined stylistic vision, we do not impose one. We give direction: we prepare collections of inspiration, moodboards and material references, and together we look for a direction in which they will feel at home.
We work across Poland and locally
We deliver office projects throughout Poland, including in Poznań, Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice and Szczecin. We have experience working with companies of varying scale and across different industries. Residential and home projects we run in the Wrocław and Kalisz regions — close by, in direct contact with the client and the space.
